Learn about the history of the Santa Cruz River in Tucson and how, for millenia, it provided an oasis for life in the Tucson Basin and what led to its present condition. This talk will also cover the history of the San Agustín Mission Complex that is considered Tucson’s birthplace. Presenter, Mauro Trejo is a Tucson Historian and 7th generation Tucsonan, and can trace his ancestors back to the Tucson Presidio in 1780. FREE Event,  Suggested Donation $10.
