Join us on Zoom or in person for a panel discussion with borderlands business leaders who will discuss the impact of U.S. and Mexico trade, economic, and foreign policy changes on borderlands businesses, the region and beyond.

This Borderlands Forum will be held in person at the United Methodist Church of Green Valley and transmitted live on Zoom, but will not be recorded for future viewing. Registrants will receive the Zoom link via email.

Panelist Bios:

Luis Arturo Torres Munoz is the Managing Partner of Torres Cabrera Group, S.C., an accounting firm based in Nogales, Sonora, and President of FESAC (Fundación del Empresariado Sonorense)

Guillermo Valencia is President and Co-owner of Valencia International, Inc., in Nogales, Arizona. Guillermo has over 40 years of experience in the Mexico import/export markets and international logistics industries.

Joshua Rubin is Chairman of the Santa Cruz County Port Authority, which works in partnership with the public and private sectors to strengthen the regional economy. In addition, Joshua is a Board Member of Index Nogales and Board Member of the Economic Development Foundation.
